The digital receptionist is a project that I have developing during my internship at Total Reality. As a substitute for a real receptionst, "Twin-E" will pleasantly greet the clients entering the company and guide their visit. The Unity project involves computer vision and voice recognition. As soon as a person is recognized by the Kinect, the digital receptionist greets the person, asks for their favorite drink, as well as with which person they have an appointment. The user can interact by using a touchscreen as well as his voice.
